Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms are fully set up for long-term living, spacious, clean, and comfortable, facing the pool, offering all the comforts of home. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to address any issues. The location is perfect, right in front of the water with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was a bit limited, but there are good choices nearby. Overall, a great value for money stay with wonderful amenities.
The hotel offers locally produced rooms from the south Okanagan and Similkameen valleys, providing great comfort. However, the noise from a child running above us on the 3rd floor for over an hour was a downside until late in the evening. The full kitchenette was a generous touch for cooking breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms each featuring a king-size bed, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a large outdoor deck. I loved that the kitchenette was fully equipped for cooking breakfast. The service was exceptional, from assistance with booking the villas for next year to the staff going above and beyond to address any issues. The location was perfect, being close to the lake and city center. However, the noise from the street-side rooms was a drawback. The dining experience, though not stellar, offered a nice selection. Overall, the facilities were top-notch!
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and very comfortable for two couples, but the noise from the outdoor pool, with screaming kids all day and night, was quite bothersome. The service was good overall, although there were some hiccups with our drink order. The location was excellent, close to many amenities and activities, but checking in on the street was a bit inconvenient. The dining experience was not fulfilling, with limited options available. Despite these aspects, the hotel provided value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and had fantastic amenities like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a big deck. However, the noise from the busy street and the rowdy kids outside was a bit of a downside. The location was super convenient, being central to everything, but make sure to avoid rooms facing the street due to the high traffic noise.
